If you book a different flight than the one recommended, you will be responsible for your own transportation to meet the group at the hotel or the next destination.

We stay in premium villas. We aim to have carefully chosen accommodation throughout the entire 15 days.

Yes. The rate for this trip is per person and includes your own private room at every destination. You will not be required to share a room with another traveler.

We provide a selection of meals throughout the journey, but not all of them. Your specific Terms of Enjoyment itinerary will clearly label every included meal so you know exactly when you are covered and when you have the freedom to explore local spots on your own.

We use private chartered buses and luxury vans for all road travel and local excursions.

There is a fair amount of light trekking throughout our stay. You should be comfortable being on your feet and walking when applicable.

This is for travelers who want a high-end, organized group experience. It’s for people who want the best of group travel without having to plan the logistics themselves.

You will need money for personal shopping, tips, and the meals not listed in the itinerary.

All payments made toward any Terms of Enjoyment trip are non-refundable.

A spot is only secured once the required deposit has been paid in full.

By submitting payment, the traveler agrees to the full payment schedule for the trip. Failure to complete remaining payments by the stated deadlines may result in loss of the reservation and forfeiture of all payments already made.

If a traveler can no longer attend, transfer of the reservation to another guest may be allowed only with written approval from Terms of Enjoyment.

Terms of Enjoyment is not responsible for losses caused by missed flights, personal emergencies, denied boarding, passport issues, travel restrictions, or any other circumstance outside of its control.

By completing payment, the traveler confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to these policies.
