Terms of Enjoyment Travel Policy

All payments made toward any Terms of Enjoyment trip are non-refundable.

A spot is only secured once the required deposit has been paid in full.

By submitting payment, the traveler agrees to the full payment schedule for the trip. Failure to complete remaining payments by the stated deadlines may result in loss of the reservation and forfeiture of all payments already made.

If a traveler can no longer attend, transfer of the reservation to another guest may be allowed only with written approval from Terms of Enjoyment.

Terms of Enjoyment is not responsible for losses caused by missed flights, personal emergencies, denied boarding, passport issues, travel restrictions, or any other circumstance outside of its control.

By completing payment, the traveler confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to these policies.
